Rival Kingdoms can be a pretty difficult game on the defensive end of the scale. Really, when it comes to attacking, of course it is not easy, but it’s not that hard either. But when it comes to defense, things get pretty rough. Firstly, you can’t even really test your defense until you actually get attacked, and if it is not set up properly, you will get destroyed. So the only way of knowing if your defense is strong is copying it from somebody you know has a great defensive setting, or risking getting obliterated in battle. The first option is kind of tempting, but is rather difficult finding those people who you know have a strong defense and copying the defensive layout from them. And on the other hand, risking of getting your butt whooped doesn’t really sound that pleasant at all. So, defensive setting are actually pretty relative in Rival Kingdoms. The difficulty of achieving proper defense in a world of ever changing strategy is, well, difficult. So, we wanted to ask you the players, to share some of your defensive tips and pieces of building a powerful base layout. What base layout do you use?
